Project Brief

This project entailed starting a farmer’s market in Luquillo, Puerto Rico – an impoverished area of the island.

We managed the project from the inception of the idea to the successful opening and beyond. We oversaw every phase of the project, from project initiation and business case to project monitoring and closure.

We designed and created the market website and all of the digital and print marketing materials.

We managed all volunteers involved in the project, created a non-profit organization, managed monetary donations, and involved the local community to ensure project success.
